This one on one Breathwork class will allow us to focus specifically on getting you to that absolute breakthrough level in 1.5hr class. It will be followed up by some breathing integration tools to take home with you. This is a great way to dive even deeper into your subconscious and release all those blockages. You'll be leaving full of gratitude and love. This private class is best used for deeper cleaning of emotions and how to live more optimal lives.
